Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Tadka generates advertising creative from inputs you provide (for example a product image and audience or style selections). Output is produced with the help of third-party AI models and may vary in quality and accuracy.

3. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Your content and inputs

You retain ownership of the images and materials you upload (“Inputs”). You grant us a limited license to process Inputs solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload your Inputs and that they do not infringe any third-party rights.

5. Generated output and ownership

Subject to your compliance with these terms and applicable third-party model terms, you own the creative output you generate (“Output”) to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated content may not be eligible for certain intellectual-property protections, and similar Output may be generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing Output before using it in any campaign.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that impersonates a person or brand without authorization, or to misrepresent AI-generated content where disclosure is legally required. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (including AI model providers and, where you connect them, commerce and ad platforms). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms.

8. Plans and payment

Paid plans, if offered, are billed as described at checkout. Pricing and features may change with notice. (Billing is not yet enabled; this section will be finalized when paid plans launch.)

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that Output is accurate, fit for a particular purpose, or non-infringing.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tadka will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to comply with law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; we will update the date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice.
