Refund Policy
Last updated: May 30, 2026
This policy explains refunds and cancellations for paid Tadka subscriptions.
1. Billing
Paid plans are sold as recurring subscriptions and billed in advance for each period. Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, who appears on your statement and issues any refunds on our behalf.
2. Free plan
The free Starter plan is not charged, so no refund applies.
3. Refund window
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that payment. Refunds may be declined where there is clear evidence of abuse (for example, generating a large volume of creatives and then requesting a refund) or fraud.
4. Renewals
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once the new period has started. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date (see below). We may make exceptions at our discretion, such as an accidental or duplicate charge.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@tadkai.io with the email on your account and the approximate date of the charge. We aim to respond within a few business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method by the Merchant of Record.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law.
